Rugged, IP65-rated construction
Housed in a flame-retardant ABS enclosure (UL94 V-0 rated) with an IP65 ingress rating, the VLRV2560B is built to handle moisture, dust, and the rougher conditions of marine and mobile installations without the weight or maintenance burden of an equivalent lead-acid bank.
Intelligent BMS with real safety features
The integrated Battery Management System protects against short circuit, over/under voltage, and over/under temperature fluctuations, with an additional aerosol fire suppression system built in as a last line of defence. When connected to external power below 0°C, the battery's internal heating function keeps it within a safe charging range down to -20°C.
Bluetooth monitoring, GX integration
Monitor voltage, state of charge, current, health and cycle count in real time via Bluetooth on your phone or tablet. CAN and RS485 communication ports allow integration with a Victron Cerbo GX or Ekrano GX for full system visibility alongside your other Victron equipment.
Scalable to suit larger systems
Up to 16 VLRV2560B units can be connected in parallel for larger capacity banks (no series connection). Built-in mounting brackets and nutserts allow secure fastening to floor, wall, or to other battery modules when stacking.
