The toughened option in Hardkorr's portable solar lineup. The MKII Croc Skin mat uses a textured, dimpled cell coating designed to resist the scuffs and surface wear that come from repeated folding, packing, and rough handling on the track.
30% lighter, same rugged protection
The MKII redesign cut weight by roughly 30% compared to the original Hardkorr Croc Skin mat while increasing output capability to up to 12.6A. Hardkorr's Crocskin coating - the first of its kind when introduced in 2018 - showed no measurable deterioration in an accelerated weathering test simulating 30 years of sun exposure.
Built-in legs and individually wired panels
Fold-out legs (secured with velcro when not in use) let you angle the mat directly at the sun, which Hardkorr notes can lift efficiency by more than 20% over laying it flat. Each panel section is individually wired, so partial shade on one section doesn't shut down the whole mat.
15A regulator included, lithium-ready
The included regulator supports AGM, gel, calcium, wet cell and lithium battery types at up to 15A.
